Having your mail opened and your message read is the key to successful marketing!
Without it you cannot obtain your Key Objective: GETTING A PROSPECT TO CALL YOU.
The two key components when prospecting via the mail is to get the prospect to read your message and cause them to take the action that you dictate. When sending letters, there’s a third component: getting them to first open it.
Large companies have gone to expensive methods to trick us into opening their mail. When we do, we find out we’ve won nothing or it wasn’t a real check inside the envelope. They will use every trick in the book and so should you.
Good contracts and forms are what keep the real estate world moving forward and investors safe from being harmed in a purchase deal.
Within the forms package are three contracts to use, one for subject to / Generic and two for short sales. also included is a Trust agreement.

My Recommendation
I joined the I Buy Houses program in mid February 2008. At that time I was working on my own investor website and hired a college student as my assistant to write my envelopes. I was getting very little response from the mail I sent out and wasn't really sure what marketing techniques to use.
At that point in time, I was introduced to this program and had a brief conversation with Michael about the opportunity and joined that day.
I have been mailing out for about 5 weeks and have generated about 40 leads. I am only doing about 20% of the marketing that I plan on doing, so it will be interesting to see how busy I will get.
